Our team of highly skilled and experienced welders are based in our state of the yard prefabrication workshop in North London.
We take pride of training our staff and ensuring our welders hold relevant trade specific qualifications including NVQ’s are all required coding.
Our high expectations and approach to health and safety in the workplace extends from our we’ll organised constructions site right the way through to our workshop. In our industry everything is extremely heavy and carry great risks however here at Elmec Energy we never cut corners. This ethos is embedded in our team within every department and we are very fortunate that our health and safety values keep our workforce safe.
We pride ourselves on the quality and speed of delivery to sites
All pipework is delivered to site painted with red oxide, labelled to drawings provided and with ends covered. We can complete the smallest of projects from small spool pieces to large projects, all carried out and delivered to site in a timely manor.
At the clients request we can offer pre welding site inspection and welcome clients to our facility. We can also offer on-site non-destructive testing and x-rays of welds where required. In addition we can also carryout pull tests on site for bracketry and anchors site suit installation viability and provide quality assurance on inspection.
We also provide on site welding working alongside other M&E companies and liquid nitrogen pipe freezing companies both in and out of hours.
