Our repeat business with long term clients has enabled us
To grow at a speed that suits us and build a team on engineers both in site and in the field who value and adopt our core beliefs. Where we used to take on any and every job that came our way we decided to niche in the residential to enable us to deliver the very best each and every time.
Our main focus of works within the residential sector lead us to start Elmec FM
Elmec FM started with helping clients with aftercare, which then lead on to offering PPM,s call out services and then the whole facilities management package where our main focus is to help our clients with a fix it first time mentality and be as helpful and flexible as possible.
Our project team consists of plumber, pipefitters and welders
We employ fully experienced and qualified engineers as well as helping the next generation of construction works where we regularly take on apprentices and improvers, putting them through college and in house training.
Our special works devision also carryout plant replacement and decarbonisation works
Our regular and repeat work consists of chiller replacements, ASHP installations, plantroom upgrades and the introduction of ASHP / Ground source heat pumps to district and communal heat networks retrospectively.
